Community Guidelines & Disclaimer

Welcome to the official Amphibico 360° interactive community! In order to keep you coming back and building your community of underwater video enthusiasts, there is a simple set of guidelines that need to be followed in order to participate and ensure the contentment amongst the members.

  1. In order to participate within the Amphibico 360 Community, you must be a registered member. It only takes a minute to join and it's free. No personal information or emails taken will ever be sold to any third party; they are strictly for communication purposes between Amphibico 360° and its members, including gaining access to the community.
  2. The community is built upon user-generated content in order to broaden your horizons as an underwater video enthusiast and to connect, share, and have fun with other likeminded individuals from around the world. However, this is not a rite of passage, but a privilege, so your conduct within the community must always respect other members and the community guidelines. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal of your account.

There will be no tolerance towards misappropriate member conduct, and they include, but not limited to the following:

  1. Posting, sending, or linking to content that is content infringing, defamation, verbally abusive, unlawful, criminal, offensive, fraudulent, misleading, vulgar, obscene, harassing, violating the law, racially, ethically or any other deliberate action that would constitute objection will not be tolerated and will cause for immediate removal.
  2. Threats or personal attacks towards community members, groups, resellers, and organizations will not be tolerated and will cause for immediate removal from community.
  3. Using Amphibico 360° for commercial activity, including, direct selling, spamming, junk mailing, advertising or promotion will not be accepted.
  4. Since this is a user generated community, members will be able to moderate and report any of the above to Amphibico.

Disclaimer

Members may post links to external websites, however, it is understood that third party sites do not constitute the endorsement of Amphibico Inc. All hyperlinked sites are subject to the same guidelines for appropriate member conduct within the community.

Any inclusion of video, photo's or other intellectual properties remains the property right of the submitter, however, Amphibico Inc. and the Amphibico 360° will not be liable in the event that there is any infringement of content, this includes photo, video, podcast, written content or any other form of intellectual property or media that is submitted. It is assumed that your submissions are the property of you the submitter or permissible by its owner.

It is understood by members that any and all content submitted is automatically granting Amphibico Inc. its use in any medium within the Amphibico.com website, and that no compensation or notification is necessary.
